Service Description
For all breeds and ages seven months and up. This class focuses on teaching basic manners even if your dog is getting a late start or just needs a refresher. Location: Sugar Paws studio. Class structure: - Class 1 - Orientation, no puppies - Classes 2-6 - With puppies What you'll learn (and more): - Basic leash handling and walking - Anti-jumping strategies - Emergency recall - Intro to stay - Matt work (go to place) - Leave it cue - Touch cue (hand targeting/for casual recall) - Watch me cue - Trade, take it/get it and drop it - Resource guarding prevention - Enrichment plans & games Note: Dogs with known aggression or reactivity toward other dogs or people may not attend and may be asked to withdraw without reimbursement. Space is limited to 8 dogs per class. We are so excited to watch you and your pup succeed.
